About Arts lawncare-snow removal LLC

Winter comes into Eden from the west, across open ground, with nothing to break it but a fence line and a row of bare maples. Arts lawncare-snow removal LLC works those nights — the long farm lane, the turnaround by the barn, the short village drive that still has to be open by seven. Plowing, clearing and salting are done to a simple standard: the pavement shows, the walk is safe underfoot, and the pile ends up somewhere it won't be in the way come the thaw. There is a particular satisfaction in the last pass, when the headlights swing around and the drive lies clean from the road to the door. By breakfast the storm is somebody else's story, and the day in Eden can just go ahead and start.
