About Prestige Landscaping & Lawn Services LLC

October is when Anderson shows off — the big maples along the old streets west of downtown go copper and flame, and for a few weeks the whole city seems lit from inside. It is also the busiest stretch of the year for Prestige Landscaping & Lawn Services LLC, because every one of those leaves eventually comes down. The crew moves house to house with tarps and blowers, clearing lawns before the leaves mat and smother the grass beneath. Through the warm months the same care goes into the mowing: even cuts, tidy trim work around porches and iron fences, beds kept neat at the sidewalk line. There is a rightness to an older neighborhood kept up this way, the houses and their yards holding each other's company. The work ends each visit the same way it should — with a lawn that looks looked-after.
