About Acosta & Son's Lawn & Garden Maintenance LLC

Zion was laid out on a grid of streets named out of scripture — Gabriel, Elim, Ezekiel — and in late May those blocks fill with lilac and the smell of cut grass. Acosta & Son's Lawn & Garden Maintenance LLC works those yards: mowing, trimming, bed edging, hand weeding, mulch laid dark around the shrubs. There is a particular satisfaction in a border that ends in a clean line, turf on one side and soil on the other, nothing blurred. The mower goes back over the parkway strip so the whole block reads as one lawn, and the beds get gone through by hand rather than guessed at. By the time the morning shade has slid off the front steps, the yard looks like someone loves it.
