About Campos Landscape Inc.
Late August in Woodstock runs hot and wide open, the sort of afternoon when the ballfields at Emricson Park shimmer and every yard in town wants a drink. Campos Landscape Inc. mows straight through it, weekly cuts, trimming along foundations and posts, edges cut crisp where turf meets concrete. Then October, and the leaves come off the lawn and out of the beds, and the last cut of the year goes low. Feeding and weed control land in their own season, because a good stand of grass is mostly patience and timing. Drive past one of their properties at dusk and the lines are still there, running straight to the curb.
