About Kilduff Excavating & Construction LLC

A January night on the Edwardsville Road corridor, and the lots out there are wide, black and buried. Kilduff Excavating & Construction LLC brings equipment sized for that kind of ground, plowing open pavement, stacking the piles where they will not blind a driveway or swallow a parking row, opening entrances and walks, laying salt down before the six o'clock shift ever finds the lot. Around Wood River the snow often comes wrapped in ice, so the work is as much about the refreeze as the fall itself. Sunrise is the verdict: dry pavement, painted lines showing again, doors that open onto a clear path. There is a plain pride in a lot that looks like nothing ever happened to it.
