About Vega’s Landscaping Inc

September mornings on the Des Plaines River Trail come in cool and beaded, the crushed limestone dark with dew until the sun finally gets over the treeline. Vega's Landscaping Inc is out around that hour with mowers and trimmers, taking the season's late growth down, edging back the creep along the walks, clearing leaves once the maples start letting go. Then the year turns, and the same trucks carry plows and salt through the black cold of a Wheeling January, opening driveways and walkways before the first alarm in the house goes off. Green work and white work, both of them judged by how a property looks and how it walks. There is a plain pride in handing a place back in better shape than you found it.
