About PGC Landscaping

The frontage strips along Wheeling's warehouse district are the plainest ground in town, and they still look like something once they are cut and edged right. PGC Landscaping keeps that sort of property on schedule — mowing, trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups for lawns whose entire job is to make a place look looked-after. Midday in July the asphalt shimmers and the mowing gets done regardless, one straight pass after another down a long green shoulder. Bed lines are recut so they read from the road, and every walk is blown clear before the crew rolls on. Nobody ever photographs a frontage lawn, but everybody notices the week it goes ragged.
