Jake's Lawn Care

About Jake's Lawn Care

Westchester wakes early in January, when the wind comes flat down Cermak Road and those long blocks of ranch houses lose their driveways under the night's snow. Jake's Lawn Care is out ahead of the alarm clocks, cutting pavement back to dark asphalt before the first car ever backs out. Come May the same streets go green and the work turns to mowing, trimming, and the clean line of an edge held along the curb. There is real pleasure in a yard that reads well from the sidewalk — even, unhurried, finished. Snow removal in winter and lawn care all summer, on the same familiar streets.
