DLC LANDSCAPING

About DLC LANDSCAPING

The ravines that run down toward Lake Michigan drop their leaves all at once in late October, and every yard between Deerfield and the bluff takes delivery. DLC LANDSCAPING answers with the fall work — leaves off the lawns and beds, walks and drives cleared, the season's last cut taken as growth stalls out. The rest of the year is the steady part: weekly mowing, trimming, edging along the walks, mulch renewed in spring, feeding to carry the turf through a humid Lake County July. Weather here comes off the lake and takes its own time, so the schedule has to bend. What does not bend is the finish — a lawn left level, the border sharp, nothing on the pavement.
