Majestic Exterior Services

About Majestic Exterior Services

Volo has bog at its edge — black water, tamarack, cattails that stand all winter — and when cold locks Lake County down, the marsh air makes everything a little wetter and a little heavier. Majestic Exterior Services plows through it: drives cleared to the pavement, turnarounds opened, walks and steps shoveled, salt down where runoff freezes into a sheet. Wet lake-country snow is a different animal than the dry kind; it packs, it hangs on the blade, it takes another pass. The good part lands at the end of a long night, when the last drive is open and the whole route lies clear behind you. Then it begins again, and that is fine.
