About Leaf It To Us, Total Tree Care Plus LLC

Villa Grove keeps time by the trains and the Embarras, and by that afternoon in late October when every silver maple in town seems to let go at once. Leaf It To Us, Total Tree Care Plus LLC takes on what comes after the color: trimming crowns back from roofs and gutters, pruning young trees toward good structure, removing the ones that have died out at the top and started dropping wood. Douglas County is flat and wide open, so a summer storm gets a long running start — branches across a drive by morning is an ordinary event, and clearing, chipping and raking it away is ordinary work done carefully. The satisfaction is in the after picture: a balanced crown, a bare yard, a fence line you can see all the way down. Prairie towns look after their trees because every single one is doing something for the place.
