About Shawnee Professional Services

Vienna sits among the Shawnee Hills of Johnson County, and when a winter storm finds those ridges, the roads up and down them become a real test of patience. The Tunnel Hill State Trail passes right through town, and after a snowfall its old railbed lies hushed and white beneath the bare hardwoods. Shawnee Professional Services clears snow in Vienna, opening driveways and walkways so the hilly ground doesn't keep anyone pinned at home. On a sloping southern Illinois drive, a scrape down to bare pavement means more than it ever could on the flat prairie farther north. By midday, with sun glinting off cleared blacktop and the hills still frosted white, the town feels open again.
