About Ravine Outdoors
The north side of a house never sees the sun in January, and that is where winter hides its worst work — a packed inch that turns to glaze under one fresh dusting. Ravine Outdoors goes after those spots in Vernon: sloped drives scraped down to bare pavement, walks shoveled wide, the shaded stretches treated where the cold keeps its grip. Snow that starts on a gray afternoon and blows all night takes more than one visit, so it gets more than one. The quiet after a storm here is enormous, the kind that makes a shovel on concrete sound like a whole crew. Open drive, sure footing, a house free to leave whenever it likes.
