Castros Lawn Care

About Castros Lawn Care

July at noon, and the smell of cut grass in Vernon is thick enough to lean on. Castros Lawn Care runs its lines straight up and back, the pale and dark stripes coming up behind the mower as though the yard had been made that way. Heat shimmers off the driveway; the water jug sweats in the shade of the truck. Trimming around the posts and the mailbox is the part nobody notices unless it gets skipped, so it never does. By evening the place is even, quiet, and cool underfoot.
