About Biggs Lawn Care Inc.

October pulls the color out of Busey Woods, and the Saline Branch carries some of it downstream; the rest lands on Urbana lawns, ankle-deep by the second week of the month. Biggs Lawn Care Inc. runs the full arc of the year — mowing through the growing months, trimming and edging along walks and fence lines, and clearing leaves before they mat down and smother the turf. When the ground goes hard, the work changes shape: plowing driveways and lots, shoveling walks and stoops, and salting the north-side walks the sun never reaches. Flat country makes for a fast melt and a faster refreeze, so the second pass matters as much as the first. A lawn raked bare in November and a drive scraped bare in January are the same clean sheet, four months apart.
