About Wiegand Land Solutions

West of Peoria the land stops being flat: the roads around Trivoli dip through timbered draws and climb back out, and a hill is the first place a winter storm turns into a real problem. Wiegand Land Solutions works that ground — plowing drives that run downgrade to the road, opening lots and turnarounds, and treating the grades and shaded curves where traction goes first. Snow off these ridges drifts unevenly, deep on one side of a lane and swept bare on the other, so the pass is cut wide enough to hold up through the next wind. Walks and entries are cleared and salted, and the banks are set back off the corners so nobody has to pull out blind. Getting up your own hill without a second thought is a small, real luxury in January.
