About Gerjets Lawn Care, LLC

Two grass-covered mine hills — the Jumbos — stand at the edge of Toluca and give this town a skyline no other prairie village has. Gerjets Lawn Care, LLC keeps the ground beneath them looking cared for: cutting on a schedule, trimming tight to mailbox posts and porch skirts, edging the walks back to a defined line, and hauling off the leaf fall when the maples finally let go. Marshall County summers arrive humid and fast, and grass can go from cut to shaggy in a single week of rain. There is real satisfaction in pulling into a yard that has gotten away from someone and leaving it striped, swept and squared. Evening light on a fresh-cut Toluca lawn is worth the sweat it took.
