About R & J Landscaping

Old Route 66 came through Summit on Ogden Avenue, and the bungalow blocks behind it still hold their neat front squares of grass. R & J Landscaping keeps those squares mown and their borders trimmed, running the edger where the concrete walk meets the turf. July is humid and loud with the expressway, but a yard cut that morning still cools the whole front of a house. Back yards get the same attention — around garden stakes, the garage apron, the fence corners a mower cannot reach. At the close of autumn and again in the first warm week, the yard gets cleared down so the grass can start over.
