A LITTLE OFF THE TOP LAWN CARE

About A LITTLE OFF THE TOP LAWN CARE

Stickney runs on parkways — those green ribbons between sidewalk and curb — and they set the tempo of a whole summer here. A Little Off the Top Lawn Care keeps them, along with the square front yards behind them, mowing and trimming until a block reads as one long unbroken line. Light arrives flat and early across this corner of Cook County; there is nothing west of the village tall enough to slow it down. By the time the heat settles into the brick, the clippings are cleared, the walks are blown bare, and the edge along the curb is straight enough to sight down. Ordinary work, done on streets where every neighbor can see it.
