About Quality Lawn Care by Nick Mayes

September on the Sangamon Valley Trail, and the west side of Springfield finally cools off: mornings with a little edge on them, afternoons made for mowing. Plummer Lawn Care Service works the whole growing season through that turn in the weather, mowing, trimming, edging and clearing the clippings so a yard sits sharp against its own walks. Late-season grass on prairie soil greens up again once the heat lets go, and it takes a cut beautifully. Every visit ends the same way, a blower run down the drive and a look back from the street. Few things are tidier than a Springfield lawn on a clear fall afternoon.
