Easier Grounds Management

About Easier Grounds Management

South Pekin sits back from the Illinois River on ground that rolls just enough to catch the wind coming up the valley. Easier Grounds Management takes the whole year there — mowing, trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups through the growing months, then plowing, walk clearing and ice control once the fields go to stubble and the sky settles into flat winter pewter. Late-summer mornings arrive with dew heavy enough to soak a boot, and a lawn cut in that hour dries out even and bright. Snow off the open bottoms drifts hard against garage doors and hedge lines, which is why hand work counts as much as the blade does. The measure of a good visit is simple: nothing left over for the homeowner to finish.
