About Miller Trucking & Excavating

Silvis was built around rail yards and it still keeps railroad hours; somebody in this town is always awake, which suits snow work exactly. Miller Trucking & Excavating pushes back Quad Cities winters with the plow — driveways, lots and lanes cleared, the banks pulled off the corners so people can actually see to pull out. Storms come down the river corridor and settle in, and the wind off the open ground west of town will rebuild a drift about as fast as you cut it. Rolling through at four in the morning and leaving clean blacktop behind is the best part of the whole job. Serving Silvis, East Moline, Moline, Colona and the surrounding Rock Island County towns.
