Ordner's Tree Service

About Ordner's Tree Service

Sunrise over Sigel finds the corn already sweating and the steeple catching light before the rest of the village is awake. Ordner's Tree Service likes those early hours — cool air, no wind yet, and a crown of oak overhead waiting to be thinned before the day turns heavy. The work runs from patient pruning on young shade trees to full removals where a trunk has hollowed at the base or crowded a garage, plus the trimming that keeps limbs off a roof through a hard Shelby County winter. When storms sweep up the Little Wabash country and drop half a tree across a lane, cleanup means saws, a chipper, and raking until the grass shows through. Driving out at dusk past a place that finally has room to breathe is a good way to finish.
