About Absolutely Green Lawn Care & Landscaping

San Jose sits on sand — that old Mason County ground that drains fast and dries faster, where an August week without rain shows up in a lawn by Thursday. Absolutely Green Lawn Care & Landscaping works with it rather than against it, mowing high through the hot stretch and keeping trim lines clean around porch posts and mailboxes on the village streets. Past the village limits the irrigation pivots turn all summer and the fields run flat to the horizon; in town the work is smaller and more particular, a yard at a time. The best minute of a hot afternoon is the one right after the mower shuts off, when the street goes quiet and everything is even. The route runs through San Jose and the small towns along the Mason and Logan county line.
