Plow Snow

About Plow Snow

Winter in Romeoville lays a white seam along the old Illinois & Michigan Canal and turns the Isle a la Cache preserve into a still island of snow-laden trees. Plow Snow does exactly what its name says, clearing snow around the village when a storm comes through. In the dark before a winter sunrise, semis are already rolling toward I-55 and the big warehouses glow under their yard lights. A cleared driveway here means the morning can keep that same schedule, with pavement scraped, walks open and the day in motion.
