About Rockbridge Landscaping

Rockbridge is a handful of streets above Macoupin Creek, timber on the ridges and bottom ground staying green well into fall. On a late-summer evening the katydids start up before the mowers quit. Rockbridge Landscaping keeps the grass in the village and the yards scattered along the county roads — regular mowing, trimming out fence rows and foundations, edging walks and drives, bed cleanups, and leaf work when the hardwoods turn loose. Greene County yards run big and irregular, shade in one corner and full sun in the next, and they reward a cut that pays attention to both. Coming back to a lawn that looks squared away against all that timber is the good part.
