About Arrezola Lawncare

In February the Rock River runs black between its ice shelves, and the cold coming off that water settles into every driveway in Rock Falls before daybreak. Arrezola Lawncare is moving in that dark — plowing drives and lots, shoveling walks and steps down to bare pavement, salting where the melt refreezes right at the door. Half a year on, the same crew is running mowing routes through the neighborhoods south of the river, trimming, edging and clearing cuttings while the evenings stretch out. Two jobs, one habit: get there early, leave it clean. A path scraped to concrete on a ten-degree morning is a small kindness with a long return.
