About Kelty Lawn Care

River Forest grew up around its trees, and the trees still set the terms — deep parkway canopies, shade pooling on brick walks, Thatcher Woods holding the Des Plaines at the town's west edge. Kelty Lawn Care works those measured Prairie-School lots the way they ask to be worked: mowing to an even nap, edging walks and drives so the lines stay as deliberate as the houses behind them, tending the beds, clearing the leaf-fall when the oaks let go. Winter narrows the same streets, and the work comes back with plow and shovel for the drives, the side paths between hedges, the steps down to the sidewalk, salt where ice sets up in the shade. There is a satisfaction in a village this composed staying composed. Green and clipped in July; open and walkable in January.
