Gray’s Groundskeeping

About Gray’s Groundskeeping

Evening in Radnor Township arrives slowly — light sliding down off the bluffs, the air over the Kickapoo bottoms going cool a full hour before the sky does. That is a good hour to finish a lawn: the last pass of the mower, a trimmer run around the mailbox and the air-conditioner pad, a clean sweep of the sidewalk. Gray's Groundskeeping keeps yards on a steady weekly cadence from the first flush of April through the final cut in October, with spring and fall cleanups bracketing the season. Mulch beds get their borders cut back so the line between planting and turf keeps its definition. It is ordinary work, and it is what makes an ordinary street look cared for.
