About Venvertloh Landscaping LLC
Adams County mailboxes carry a lot of old German in them, and Venvertloh is one of those names the region says without blinking. Venvertloh Landscaping LLC spends late spring reading the sky, because storms build out west over the flat and give a narrow window between the rain and the next round — and grass jumps two inches on that water. The work in that window is the plain kind that pays off: mowing, trimming the fence line, edging the drive, gathering up what the wind knocked down. Come the still evenings afterward, the smell of cut grass hangs over whole blocks of Quincy and nobody minds a bit. The route takes in town and runs out toward Mendon, Golden and Coatsburg.
