About 3B Property Maintenance & EQUIPMENT REPAIR LLC

Quincy stands high on limestone bluffs, and the Mississippi runs wide and slow below the white cables of the Bayview Bridge. 3B Property Maintenance & EQUIPMENT REPAIR LLC works the yards and drives up on that high ground, mowing through the long green weeks and clearing snow when the wind swings hard out of the northwest. There is a plain satisfaction in a lawn cut straight to the sidewalk line, and a different one in a driveway opened while the streetlights are still burning. Weather in this corner of Illinois does not negotiate; it arrives, and either the mower or the plow answers it. Quincy and the towns scattered around it make up the whole map.
