About Property Services

Broadview runs on loading docks, and a dock does not care that it snowed six inches overnight — the trailer still backs in at six. Property Services works to that deadline, clearing the yard and the approach while the storm is still going, salting the dock apron where meltwater refreezes under the overhang, keeping the employee walk from the lot to the door open and gritted. Commercial ground in this township is wide, flat and unforgiving; there is nowhere for snow to go except where someone deliberately puts it, well clear of the drive lanes and sightlines. Plowing, salting, walk clearing and pile management, storm by storm through the winter. The measure of success is a first shift that arrives, parks and gets to work without a second thought. Nothing dramatic — just an open lot at dawn.
