Spring Green

About Spring Green

There is a week in April when Peoria's yards wake up all at once — the ground thaws, the black prairie soil underneath lets go of winter, and the grass turns a color no other month manages. Spring Green works with that timing: regular mowing as soon as the growth starts, trimming along fences and foundations, edging the sidewalks so the new green has a clean line to grow up to. Holding a lawn even from the first cut of spring to the last one of fall is mostly a matter of showing up on schedule and cutting to the right height. Yards across Peoria and out toward Morton keep that rhythm all season. Cut, trimmed, tidy — and then again next week.
