Lawn Rite

About Lawn Rite

Peoria is built on hills that step down to the Illinois River, which means a good share of the lawns in town are terraced, tilted, or both, with old brick streets and older shade trees to work around. Lawn Rite takes on that ground: mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups across the bluff neighborhoods and the flatter yards spreading out from them. A sloped lawn asks for a different approach than a square suburban lot — mow across the grade, keep the lines honest, finish the borders so the whole terrace reads clean from the sidewalk below. On a summer morning with haze still lying on the river and the mower running early to beat the heat, the work settles into a rhythm. A fresh-cut yard on a Peoria hillside is something you can see from a block away.
