River City Lawn Maintenance

About River City Lawn Maintenance

Fog sits on Water Street most summer mornings until the sun burns it off the warehouse roofs, and the grass down there stays soaked long past sunrise. River City Lawn Maintenance works that strip along the water and the neighborhoods stacked above it — mowing, trimming ragged fence lines and the borders along the Rock Island Greenway, cutting a firm line where lawn meets path and pavement. When the year turns the same ground goes hard, and the mowers give way to plows: opening drives and lots, shoveling walks, spreading salt against a damp cold that climbs up out of the valley. This town makes its own weather, muggy in August and raw in January. Both versions get met on their own terms.
