Down 2 Earth Lawn Maintenance

About Down 2 Earth Lawn Maintenance

The bluff north of Peoria is oak-hickory country, ravines dropping away behind the houses, and the ground under those lawns is heavier than most people expect. Down 2 Earth Lawn Maintenance works with what is actually there — mowing at a height the soil and shade can carry, trimming around exposed roots and outcrops of stone, edging where turf runs up against the woods. Early on, dew hangs until nine and every cut line shows dark behind the mower. It is patient work: read the yard, let it say what it needs, come back. A lawn kept honestly looks it, all the way out to the tree line.
