J.M.Z Lawn Service

About J.M.Z Lawn Service

February in Pekin gives with one hand and takes with the other — a thaw that turns the alleys to slush by noon, a refreeze that turns them to glass by dark. J.M.Z Lawn Service runs through all of it, cutting drives open and scraping walks so the second freeze has less to work with. When the ground finally lets go in spring, the mowers come out and those same yards get their first cut of the year, ragged and glorious. Mowing, trimming, edging and cleanup then carry the route through to the last warm week of October. The stops hardly change from year to year, and that is the good part of it.
