About T & J Lawn Care and Home Services

South of Springfield the land around Pawnee runs to hayfield and old mine ground, and the wind crosses all of it from the Sangchris country before it ever reaches anybody's front yard. Summer mornings start early here and the mowing follows: weekly cuts, trim work close to the porch steps and the mailbox post, edges laid in along walks and drives. T & J Lawn Care and Home Services covers the village streets and the places out on the blacktop, then turns in October to raking and leaf hauling before frost sets everything down for good. What people notice is not the mowing but the borders — the line where grass stops and pavement starts, cut clean and held there. It is a small standard, kept weekly.
