Park Ridge Snow Removal

About Park Ridge Snow Removal

Uptown Park Ridge at six on a snowy morning: the Pickwick marquee lit against the dark, the platform filling for the inbound train, every storefront walk needing to be clear before the first person tries it. Park Ridge Snow Removal works that side of winter — lots plowed and the piles stacked where they will not blind a driver pulling out, walks scraped, entrances kept from turning to glass at the threshold. Storms in this town get measured in commuters rather than inches; the only real question is whether people can get where they are going. There is something satisfying in a lot that looks swept instead of merely plowed, banks squared off, the striping showing again. Then it starts falling once more and the route begins over.
