About Kay Lawn Service LLC

At noon in July the marsh at Longjohn Slough goes still and the herons stand as though somebody set them down and forgot them, and a quarter mile away the mowers are running. Kay Lawn Service LLC works the neighborhoods around the Little Red Schoolhouse woods — cutting on a steady rotation, edging drives and sidewalks, trimming the tight spots by hand, and handling the spring and autumn cleanups. Midsummer heat pushes the grass hard and then stalls it, so cutting height and timing matter more than speed. Done right, a lawn keeps its green through the flat weeks of August and comes back thick in September. There is pride in a yard that looks composed, sitting right up against woods that never will be.
