Sunrise Sanitation

About Sunrise Sanitation

Down along Henderson Creek the cold pools overnight, and by daybreak the bottoms wear a low white haze that burns off in no hurry at all. Sunrise Sanitation is out ahead of that haze, clearing drives, alleys and lots so the first errands of the morning go off without anybody reaching for a shovel. Snow removal in a town this size is largely a matter of order: run the routes in the same sequence, stack the piles where they will not block a sightline, treat the spots that always ice. There is real pride in a street where every approach stands open before the school bus makes its round. Winter along this part of the river is long enough to earn that habit.
