About JaniPlus

Midwinter along Route 130 in Olney, the parking lots come alive hours before the doors do. JaniPlus is out in that dark stretch pushing lots clean, cutting a walkable path from the far spaces to the entrance, and putting salt down at the door where boots bring the ice inside. A lot done right in the small hours means nobody has to think about the weather when they arrive, which is the entire idea. When the season turns, the same attention goes to grass — mowing on schedule, trimming around signs and light poles, edging the curb line so the pavement reads sharp. Property care is mostly the sum of things nobody has to notice.
