About Black Sheep Property Management

August in southern Illinois is hot and slow. The hedgerows along the section roads outside Olney go dusty, the cicadas keep time, and lawns need a steadier hand than they did in June. Black Sheep Property Management works those weeks without drama — mowing at the right height for the heat, trimming close along foundations and fence posts, keeping edges honest where the grass wants to creep over the concrete. Grounds looked after all summer come out the other side even, green and unbothered. That is the point of upkeep: nothing looks like it took any effort at all.
