Yager Land Service

About Yager Land Service

East of Oblong the ground steps down toward the Wabash bottoms, and the gravel roads out that way are always the first to drift shut. Yager Land Service handles snow removal across them — plowing lanes, drives and lots, breaking the hard banks the wind builds against tree lines, salting wherever a slope turns slick. Storms here can come as ice first and snow after, so the timing of a pass matters as much as the pushing does. Coming back through in the clear cold afterward, everything open and the sun low over bare timber, settles the whole night. Oblong and the surrounding Crawford County communities are covered.
