About Garcia Property Maintenance Inc

Along South Boulevard the courtyard buildings stand shoulder to shoulder with the Green Line rattling past, and every one of them has grass out front, a walk to the door and a winter problem. Garcia Property Maintenance Inc keeps that kind of property in order across the whole calendar — mowing and trimming the common lawns, edging the walks, then clearing and salting them when the pavement turns treacherous. Buildings like these get judged from the sidewalk in about three seconds, and the entire difference is upkeep. The aim is plain and never quite finished: a courtyard that looks tended on a Tuesday in August and on a Tuesday in February alike. In a village this walkable, people notice.
