Horizon Land & Hardscape

About Horizon Land & Hardscape

Out past the last row of rooftops the land in this corner of Cook County simply goes flat, and you can watch weather arrive from a long way off. Horizon Land & Hardscape works both ends of that view in Oak Lawn — mowers and trimmers while the ground is soft and growing, plows and salt once it locks up. Summer is the patient half: an even cut, a consistent line along drive and walk, the same yard looking the same good way every week. Winter is the fast, dark half, a driveway opened before the coffee is poured and the apron pushed back wide enough to stay open. Same lots, same people, two completely different kinds of morning.
