Fast Eddie’s

About Fast Eddie’s

Start early. That is the only sane way to handle a hot August day, when the heat is already standing in the driveway by nine and the thunder starts talking by two. Fast Eddie's runs the Northbrook route in that first cool hour — mowing, edging, trimming the fence lines, blowing the walks down — and keeps moving. Quick does not mean careless; it means sharp blades, a straight line, and no doubling back over ground already done. By the time the day turns heavy the lawn is cut, the concrete is clean, and the truck is well down the block.
