About Larios Landscaping

South of Touhy Avenue the alleys of Niles fill with amber light around seven, and back gates open onto small deep yards that nobody sees from the street. Larios Landscaping mows those the same as the front ones — trimmed tight at the fence, edged along the walk, clippings gathered up instead of left to mat. Back lawns are where people actually live, and a level, even cut behind the house changes the shape of a whole summer. Between the growing months come the cleanups, spring and fall, that clear out whatever the wind piled against the garage. The work is ordinary, and it is carried all the way into the corners.
