About Schmechtig Landscapes

Indian Creek threads through the south end of Mundelein, and after a hard August storm you can hear it running high before the sun is fully up. Schmechtig Landscapes knows what a night like that does to a lawn: twigs scattered across the grass and growth surging in the warm, soaked ground. The yard gets set right again, small debris picked up, the late-summer flush mowed back to a tidy height, and the ragged spots trimmed where the wind left things tousled. By mid-morning the turf has dried to a clean, combed green and the creek has gone quiet. Late summer is a demanding stretch for any yard, and this is the hand that carries it through to fall.
