About James Martin Associates

Winter afternoons go dark early in Mundelein, and when the Milwaukee District train pulls in, snow has usually been falling for hours over the lots along Route 45. James Martin Associates works that window and the long night behind it — plowing, stacking piles where they won't block sight lines, cutting the walks, laying salt where wind has polished a surface to glass. There is a plan underneath it: where the snow goes in December still has to work in February, when the piles stand shoulder high and the melt has nowhere to run. Doing it well means a property that never quite looks buried. That is the standard, storm after storm, until the ground finally opens up again.
